In 1911 our great uncle Egisto Orlandi traveled from Lucca, Italy to Chicago, Illinois where he founded Orlandi Statuary. Because he took great pride in his craft and reputation, Orlandi’s casting soon set the industry standard of excellence. Artists, interior designers and museums relied upon the careful detailing and impeccable quality standards he demanded.

Over the years Orlandi Statuary has evolved into a company supplying much more than statuary. Today our repertoire encompasses many collections including: Fiber Stone for the garden, Religious Statuary, Fountains, Columns and Pedestals. Our factory and showroom are still proudly located in Chicago where our staff of sculptors, artisans, mold-makers and casters handcraft unique designs and apply their talents to even the most custom orders.

Today at Orlandi we continue the tradition of pride in our craftsmanship and materials. OrlandiCollections.com provides our wholesale customers the opportunity to view our commitment to excellence online. Through our website, retailers are given exclusive access to our wide selection of products and online catalogs.

The Orlandi family continues to be competitive while expanding our collections to meet the design trends of the 21st century. Four generations of experience and knowledge mean we can meet your most challenging demands. We look forward to showing you why, after over 90 years, we remain an industry icon.

We have perfected the use of materials used to manufacture a wide range of products, depending on their use. Our media for manufacturing is comprised of two materials:

Fiberglass By mastering the art of casting our products in fiberglass resin, we manage to retain all the detail of the original with the added benefits of being stronger, lighter and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Shipping costs are kept low because of its lightweight properties.

Fiber Stone Fiberglass with a mixture of sand and stones cast into the surface. It is then sandblasted and chemically treated, followed by an acid stain to give the appearance of aged stone. Since it is reinforced with a fiberglass backing, it remains lightweight and less fragile than concrete. It's also easier to move than identical concrete products, and safe for outdoor use.

After the product has been designed, molded, and cast our artisans complete the process by hand painting each item from our extensive color palette. This process gives the product a special one-of-a-kind appearance.

After 90 years of making some of the most beautiful statuary in the world, we wish to thank you for your continuous patronage and look forward to the Orlandi Family's next generation.

Sincerely,
The Orlandi Brothers
